We're seeking our Senior Sales Manager to accelerate company growth and expand our enterprise client portfolio. This role offers direct impact on company revenue strategy and technology sales leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Build and execute strategies to identify and develop new business opportunities in custom software development and digital transformation projects.
Qualify and manage inbound leads from marketing activities and referrals to identify high-potential opportunities.
Initiate outreach through outbound sales activities to engage decision-makers in identified target accounts.
Lead complex sales cycles from qualification through contract signing, ensuring high conversion rates.
Develop and maintain relationships with key technology decision-makers including CTOs, CIOs, Product Owners, and Digital Transformation leaders.
Work alongside our technical experts to create compelling proposals and solutions that address client challenges across web, mobile, IoT, and enterprise applications.
Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure proposed solutions align with our capabilities and client expectations.
Own the end-to-end sales process, from qualification through negotiation, ensuring smooth handover to delivery teams.
Provide market intelligence and client feedback to help shape our service offerings and delivery approach.
Represent Ignit at industry events and contribute to building our market presence.
Build and manage a healthy pipeline of opportunities while maintaining accurate forecasts and activity records.
Partner with technical teams during pre-sales to architect solutions that address complex client needs.
Contribute to developing our sales approach and best practices as we grow the function.
What We Are Looking For
5+ years of successful B2B, technology sales experience is an advantage
Track record of meeting sales targets
Understanding of software development, digital products, and technology trends, enabling credible conversations with technical stakeholders.
Proven ability to build relationships at senior levels and navigate complex decision-making processes in technology projects
Experience selling six-figure development projects
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical solutions in business terms.
Strong qualification and negotiation skills, with a track record of closing profitable deals.
Self-driven with excellent time management and organizational capabilities.
Fluent in English. Other major European languages are a plus.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
